THE PROCESS


The entire process starts with reassuring management that I can take their company and employees to the next level.

1. Meet with the key decision makers, owners and managers to listen to their concerns and what they would like accomplished.

2. Have a complete walk around of the office and operations.

3. Meet with staff and listen to their concerns about their job, operations, aspirations, goals and management.

4. Actual side by side work with different staff in various positions to learn why and how they perform their duties.

5. After working with them, recommend other ways of accomplishing the same task and duties.

6. At the end meet with decision makers and managers and review my initial observations and assure them that they will have a written perspective within 10 -20 business days.
