A VOID within the independent reps and back office personnel from what they attain in the training to how they actually implement it within their office.

Processes that don’t work can lead to numerous problems. For example:


Customers may complain about poor product quality or bad service.
Colleagues get frustrated.
Work may be duplicated, or not done.

Resources are wasted.
Bottlenecks can develop, causing you to miss deadlines.

WHAT WE DO

SOLUTIONS

Fill the VOID with a mentor.  As the rep completes training they would be assigned for a year to the mentor to get help with implementation of all aspects of working with Jostens Corporate, RBO (if they choose) so as to create a successful and intentional bond.  This is also available for existing reps with special focus towards the RBO reps and the RBO Dept.

WHY US

My name is Eliot M. Brimage, in my past 8 years I have been a sales associate for Rick Morton, Operations Manager in Rick Morton’s office, Regional “Ambassador” for Back Office Policies & Procedures for Oregon, Washington & California, in addition to other offices in the US.

Additionally, I have served as a teacher at Jostens University (JU) 7 of the 8 years I have worked with Jostens on various topics.  On top of all these things, I serve as the current chair for the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs for the Puyallup School District and I have my own foundation Move Over Mountains, that awards scholarships to seniors going onto continuing education.
